Terms and Conditions of Entry

1/ The workshop and prize ticket ballot is being conducted by Fine Art Photography Pty Ltd and Photography Masterclass (the organisers).

2/   There will be 6 Winners determined by computerised ballot conducted on Tuesday, 17th June.

3/   Entry must be made by completing the official entry form .

4/  Submitting the entry form constitutes acknowledgement that these conditions have been read and understood by the entrant.

5/ The computerised Ballot for entrants will be conducted and published during a Webinar conducted on Tuesday, 17th June at 8pm and broadcast on the Internet. 

6/  The Webinar will be recorded for those entrants unable to view the 17th June Webinar and a replay of the webinar including the draw of winning entries will be made available to view via the Photography Masterclass website from 18th June up until 30 June 2014.

7/  Winners must be either present at the broadcast of the Webinar transmitted via the internet on 17th June at 8pm or view the recording of the Webinar to determine if they are a ticket winner.

8/ Winners must contact Photography Masterclass as per the instructions broadcast on the webinar to claim their prize.

9/   The winning entrants will receive one ticket valued at $895 and is valid for the admission of the winner to attend  the “How to Photography People and Portraits” Workshop.

10/  The Prize Ticket is NOT transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

11/  The Prize ticket is only valid for entry to the winners nominated class date as advertised and selected at the time of entry.

12/  Class times, dates and venues are subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of Photography Masterclass.

13/  Fine Art Photography Pty Ltd , Photography Masterclass and its agents, promoters and organisers are to be held indemnified at all times in relation to losses and or damages as a result of entering the contest or attending any Photography Masterclass event/workshop.

14/  Failure to attend the specified class will forfeit the prize unless other arrangements have been specifically made and confirmed by the organisers.

15/  In the unlikely event that a class is postponed or cancelled, Photography Masterclass reserves the right to provide other products or services to an equal or greater value as an alternative to the original prize.

16/ By entering into the contest you give your permission and authorise the organisers to send emails in relation to the contest. These emails may also contain other promotional information, offers and photography related information. Should you not wish to receive future emails from Photography Masterclass, you may instantly unsubscribe at any time by using the Spam compliant links provided within the emails.

17/  Entry is not open to employees, contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Promoter’s related bodies corporate or any third parties associated with this promotion.

18/ Multiple entries are not permitted and only one entry will be valid per person or entity.

19/ If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

20/ The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
